Cardio Tennis is a fun way to burn off the festive pounds while you improve your tennis skills. Ryan will take you through a 60 minutes session consisting of a warm up and cool down either side of a 40 minute full body work out. You'll hit loads of shots, mixed in with a variety of fitness activities, and then put your shots into practice with fun tennis games
Cardio Tennis will improve your fitness levels, tone and shape your key muscle groups, burn calories, improve your tennis skills, and you will have fun!
